The individual in this position will have responsibility for shaping the Caplyta market access approach to key customers and accounts and removing market access barriers for patients
Lead market access pull through for Caplyta across Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid channels
Analyze access and reimbursement data to monitor progress and develop plans to improve effectiveness/efficiency
The GPD will ensure compliant execution and delivery of forecast goals and business objectives for the access wins
Serve as the brand’s collaboration with SCG and partner with value access and pricing team to develop and implement pricing and payer strategy
Build and shape comprehensive pharmacy and dispensing strategy in partnership with SCG and PECS partners.
The role will require close collaboration with partners in Strategic Customer Group, Advocacy, Medical, Finance, R&D, Quality, Sales leadership, and cross-franchise marketing to develop plans and tactics for the Caplyta business.
The individual will also partner with market research to establish key insights for brand and market.
People Development: lead guide and coach team, succession planning, development plans, recruitment/retention.
Requirements
BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of business, marketing and/or market access/payer/institutional experience in pharma/biopharma industry is required of which a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated U.S market access marketing with proven performance is required.
Neuroscience experience preferred.
Demonstrated people management experience preferred.
Candidate must have a demonstrated track record of business results, a sense of urgency and big picture orientation with attention to detail.
Strong cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, proactivity, and communication skills required.
Ability to influence large/diverse teams without direct authority is required.
Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business sense.
Must be capable of handling and prioritizing multiple priorities.
Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and unstructured environment.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically.
Advanced communication and presentation skills required.
