Lead the production of education, training, and outreach (ETO) deliverables
Conduct content and deliverable discovery sessions with the client
Create training plans and develop document deliverables
Create communication and announcement materials
Collaborate with the client and Scrum Team members, ensuring Section 508 compliance
Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships through engagement
Identify and document communication needs for new or existing IT development work
Lead process and project deliverables for an Agile development scrum team
Collaborate with the IT team to develop communications, training, and user guides
Utilize instructional design best practices for content development
Facilitate document drafting and development of client-facing deliverables
Participate in stakeholder meetings and present ETO deliverables and solutions
Collaborate with other ETO and/or Training team members for content development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and five (5)+ years of experience developing high quality internal and external documents and training materials
Knowledge of Salesforce is required
Experience working with the Department of Health and Human Services ( HHS )
Experience working on the No Surprises Act (NSA)
Proficient with Section 508 Compliance for documents
Experience leading the team through the document development process, including the document peer review process, and drafting of client facing deliverables
Must be able to build, maintain, and strengthen strong relationships with clients
Skills required include: conflict resolution, empathy, strategic problem solving, and active listening skills
Experience translating and documenting system functionality in client/stakeholder deliverables
Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Consistent quality performance rated valued or higher.
Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Candidate must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years.
