Role Overview
- Provide support and expertise to the assigned Commercial Banking Centers (CBCs)
- Solicit and fund direct business (non-Bank) through cold calling
- Develop sales strategy within the region and build strong pipeline for new potential customers
- Structure creative competitive equipment finance solutions to meet customer needs
- Assess credit requests to determine risk
- Deliver exceptional service at every interaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business
- 5+ years of sales and/or customer relationship management experience
- 5+ years of related experience in the financial industry or equipment financing
