Role Overview
- Leads and develops a team of audit professionals
- Oversees, plans and executes audits of varying complexity
- Provides guidance, leadership, coaching and development
- Acts as a subject matter expert in own area of expertise
- Facilitates key strategic audit discussions
- Reports on emerging trends, identifying issues and opportunities
- Develops, communicates and implements a holistic strategy for audit area
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Consumer compliance experience
- Regulatory knowledge
- Audit experience
- OCC/FINRA/SEC/CFPB/FED/FDIC examiners welcome
- CRCM or CIA certified preferred
