Talent GTM is an innovative cybersecurity technology company focused on transforming Governance, Risk, and Compliance through AI-driven solutions. They are seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business development, develop strategic sales plans, and manage relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development through consistent prospecting and pipeline generation
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quota targets
- Sell solutions based on value, ROI, and business impact
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations
- Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (PCI, HIPAA) and frameworks (NIST, ISO)
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement through closing
- Manage territory planning, account strategies, and partner relationships
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM documentation
- Collaborate with reseller and consulting partners to expand market reach
- Understand customer needs and align solutions within current GRC market trends
- Engage directly with client stakeholders in both virtual and on-site settings
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a relationship-based sales role
- Experience selling GRC solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and developing territories
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
- Strong “hunter” mentality with resilience and objection-handling skills
- Remote (U.S. East Coast preferred)
