Serve as the primary liaison between Accounting, Finance, IT, and external consultants to ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met
Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, requirements, testing scripts, issue logs, and change‑management materials
Coordinate and support cross-functional teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring accuracy of accounting and reporting outputs
Support the Segment Controller to manage and execute additional accounting projects related to process improvement, system optimization, controls enhancement, and policy development
Facilitate communication and alignment across Accounting, Finance, Operations, and other business partners to ensure clear understanding of project scope, expectations, and milestones
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting and reporting processes, supporting standardization, automation, and system governance
Assist with the creation and maintenance of governance structures, documentation, and standard operating procedures for OneStream and related accounting systems
Support internal controls by ensuring project deliverables align with SOX requirements, accounting policies, and audit expectations
Prepare and present project updates, metrics, and executive summaries for leadership
Perform other duties as necessary

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
6-8 years of relevant project management, accounting operations, or financial systems experience, or equivalent education and/or experience
Experience with OneStream or similar financial consolidation/reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion, BPC, Anaplan) preferred
Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile) a plus
