Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow publisher revenue and engagement.
Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, audience development, and monetization strategies.
Deliver proactive account management, resolving issues swiftly and ensuring a seamless experience.
Monitor performance metrics, report on KPIs, and recommend optimizations.
Stay ahead of industry trends and share best practices with clients and internal teams.

2-5 years’ experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, or SaaS account management.
Proven success in building and growing client relationships, ideally with publishers or ad networks.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities via email and video call.
Consultative approach, with a passion for solving complex challenges and delivering value.
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
