Business development owner for upgrades business for SPTS division.
Accurate forecast for booking, shipping and revenue, provide clear guidance for the product build plans and the revenue risk/upside assessments.
Deep understanding of the SPTS installed base, served markets and customer use cases and the ability to position upgrade value to enhance product performance and cost of ownership.
Close collaboration with system business development to deliver coordinated strategies to maximize market share and customer experience
Collaborate with the upgrades product management team to drive strategies to maximize market share and drive revenue growth
Able to address the pricing strategy based on the regional business situation, provide guidance on the customer-based package deals to maximize the revenue and margin.
Provide periodic market map analysis to Division stakeholders, help the team to set the right business objectives and engagement strategy.
Business insight into the annual strategic plans for short-term and long-term planning.
Cultivate technical and operational relationships at all levels internally and externally
Up to 20% of travel is required.
Requirements
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
current experience in peer companies within the semiconductor industry with sales, business development or marketing background.
good analytical and negotiation skills

capability to analyze the semiconductor business environment and forecast business opportunities short and long term.
