Own the integrated search marketing strategy (SEM, SEO) for all brands, refining goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
Oversee multi-brand SEM budgets, ensuring investment efficiency through forecasting, pacing, and ROI modeling
Lead ongoing testing of platform features, automation, and workflow improvements that enhance performance and efficiency
Oversee enterprise SEO initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with content, engineering, and product teams to improve technical health, authority, and visibility
Act as primary liaison for search marketing agency, directing overall strategy and evaluating performance against SLAs
Translate performance data from GA4, Power BI, and media platforms into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
Partner with social, display, CRM, and brand teams to support integrated campaigns and aligned audience strategies
Stay current on search landscape shifts, privacy policies, and algorithm updates
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of hands-on experience in search marketing (paid & organic), preferably in e-commerce or travel
GA4, Power BI, Multi-touch Attribution
Experience managing sizable SEM budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical and content optimization
Experience managing agencies and external partners
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data into action
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to travel to as needed, 3-4 times per year
