About this role
Role Overview
Guide educators in developing, implementing, and analyzing community research initiatives and projects.
Facilitating research projects with HSTA high school teachers and their students and the HSTA program.
Teaching and communicate skills to foster strong partnerships and facilitate research endeavors.
Organizational, data analysis with effective teaching and communication skills
Developing research data and collection systems
Lead large group events and provide effective training.
Ability to deliver compelling oral and written reports at state and national levels.
Ability to translate instruct and translate complex topics to high school students
Requirements
Master's degree in education Curriculum, STEM, Public Health, or related field.
A minimum of six (6) months of experience in the following: Experience in developing comprehensive research and data collection systems.
University, governmental, or service-oriented non-profit organization preferred.
Knowledge of State, Board of Trustees, university, and Health Sciences Technology Academy policies preferred.
Proficiency in information gathering, data collection, and report writing.
Demonstrated expertise in policy and procedure development.
Prior experience in curriculum development, grant writing, and project management.
Familiarity with professional, staff, and student training methodologies.
Proven ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to research information and derive valid conclusions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, REDCap Software, and curriculum development.
Willingness to travel across state and national borders.
Valid driver's license
