Manage technology-related process updates and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Operations, Data Science, and Strategy to deliver measurable results.
Experience leveraging AI solutions to streamline processes, automate workflows, and transform operational efficiency.
Advanced ability to analyze and synthesize complex trends using BigQuery, dashboards, and large-scale datasets to drive actionable insights.
Skilled in developing data-driven strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps to optimize trip planning and operational performance.
Proficient in building and interpreting financial models to quantify business impact, evaluate trade-offs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
