Uncover business challenges and position our platform as a strategic solution for modern legal teams.
Build revenue pipeline into enterprise and upper mid-market target accounts within Mexico and LATAM through disciplined, multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn).
Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to align on account strategy, target stakeholders, and set up high-quality discovery calls and product demonstrations.
Develop a deep understanding of the legal market, including firm structures, practice areas, and buying dynamics.
Identify business pain points and position tailored solutions that generate new opportunities.
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and performance reporting in Sales CRM.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs related to outreach, meetings set, and pipeline creation.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS, LegalTech, or enterprise technology sales.
Fluency in Spanish; professional English proficiency strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success engaging senior decision-makers in complex, consultative sales cycles.
Strong executive presence and confidence when communicating with sophisticated buyers.
Solid business acumen and the ability to quickly understand complex challenges and map them to solutions.
Competitive mindset paired with intellectual curiosity about law, technology, and AI.
Ability to translate technical or AI-driven concepts into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
Experience using modern sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
Interest in improving your craft by leveraging AI tools in your daily workflow.
A law degree is not required. Familiarity or interest in the legal industry is a strong plus.
