- Client is migrating to the SAP ERP
- Needs a professional to perform module knowledge transfer with the project team
- Prepare and deliver training to users
- Training will be delivered synchronously
- Use of MS Teams
- Training sessions will be recorded for later reference
Requirements
- Overview of Accounts Receivable
- Master data for Accounts Receivable and Collections
- Manual invoice entry
- Preparation for collections
- Administration of boletos (bank payment slips)
- Reconciliation
- Dunning and PDD collections for payment acquiring (PDD = provision for doubtful debts)
- Management of intercompany debit/credit notes without fiscal invoices
- PagSeguro International
- Understand integrations of the module with related modules
- Understanding of Fiori apps by module
- Understand how to build a training/course agenda
- Ability to create the project script in the client environment
- Ability to deliver live/direct training
