SAP FI/AP Consultant – Training

Role Overview

• ERP migration from SAP ECC 6.0 EHP Support Package 6 to S/4HANA 2023
• Prepare and deliver training to users
• Synchronous training delivered via MS Teams
• Training sessions will be recorded for later reference by the client's users

Requirements

• General overview of Accounts Payable
• Accounts Payable master data
• Manual invoice entry without a purchase order
• Manage workflows
• Manage advances (down payments)
• Payment preparation
• Manage payments
• Vendor clearing/reconciliation
• Corporate expenses – manage reimbursements (Rydoo)
• Understanding of Assets: master data, depreciation, etc.
• Understand integrations between the module and related modules
• Understanding of apps per module in Fiori
• Ability to design course agendas
• Ability to develop the training script for the project in the client's environment
• Ability to deliver training directly (in-person)
