- Documenting, specifying, and visualizing customer requirements
- Designing solutions in collaboration with developers and defining interfaces

Requirements
- You are fascinated by IT and the possibilities it offers
- You are motivated by modeling our customers' business processes in our software and, where appropriate, simplifying them
- You are intrigued by logistical processes and want to understand and master them
- You find email tedious now that tools like Teams, Slack, Jira, and Confluence exist, and you are attracted to technologies such as BPMN, Camunda, and GitLab
- You are familiar with both traditional and agile project methodologies and appreciate a modern working environment
- You enjoy tailoring your communication to different audiences — including in an international context
- SAP knowledge is a plus but not required
