Role Overview
Drive customer success through strategic, consultative selling
Position CAI as a trusted partner to manufacturers
Lead the end-to-end SaaS sales process
Self-source ~50% of your total pipeline

Requirements
5–10 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
Experience closing mid-market to enterprise-level deals
Comfortable with heavy prospecting and self-sourced pipeline generation
Proficient with GenAI tools
Skilled in active listening, strategic questioning, and objection handling
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
