About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for leading the multichannel sales strategy in the Northeast region, ensuring sustainable growth and brand presence
Work directly with distributors and Key Accounts (KA), ensuring excellence in execution and relationship management
Manage and develop distributors and key accounts (KA) in the region
Implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives
Ensure compliance with commercial policies and sales targets
Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions
Act in a hands-on manner, directly supporting the team and clients
Lead and develop the team, fostering engagement and high performance
Identify growth opportunities in the segment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields
Postgraduate degree or specialization in the area is desirable
Experience in the food products / consumer goods sector
Experience managing distributors and key accounts
Hands-on profile with a strong results orientation
Must reside in the Northeast of Brazil, preferably in Ceará or Pernambuco
Availability for frequent travel
Valid driver's license (CNH) category B
