Creating forecasts (e.g., service level, staffing) as well as collecting, analyzing and preparing relevant data for optimal workload management
Monitoring resource availability across sites and departments and identifying bottlenecks early
Coordinating, compiling and monitoring contingents and job packages for the support teams
Supporting the planning of support deployments inside and outside the CNE region
Contributing to workforce and workload calculations for rolling schedules and annual planning
Serving as the central contact for support inquiries from subregions within the CNE region
Creating and maintaining KPI reports
Requirements
Experience in customer service or in a technical service/inside-service environment
Several years of experience as a technician on wind turbines combined with 2–3 years in an internal/service office role
Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) and routine work with data-driven analyses
Good German and English skills
Strong analytical skills, solid numerical understanding, and a structured, methodical working approach
Ability to work independently and show initiative
