Understand customer requirements and provide consultative solutions meeting their needs
Develop and own strategies for customers within assigned territory that will achieve business growth targets
Ensure order processing, architectural service, construction, and shipment schedules to equipment installation are orderly and timely
Negotiate solutions and close deals with mutual satisfaction to Customers and Philips
Maintain constant communication with all internal and external parties during the progression of the deal
Prepare for several negotiation scenarios
Obtain clean orders at the best possible price
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of direct hospital sales experience
Medical Capital equipment sales experience (highly preferred)
Proven sales experience including ability to effectively prospect and pipeline, acquire new business, account manage, and effectively manage your assigned territory/funnel to meet quota/goals
Must have a hunter mindset and thrive in the business development tasks
Bachelor's in areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or equivalent
