Manage a book of 50+ clients providing expert tax advice
Lead and mentor a team of staff accountants and junior managers
Prepare, review, and finalize personal and corporate tax returns
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to practice development
Drive improvements in processes and collaborate on firm goals
Requirements
5+ years in public accounting with a strong focus on tax
CPA or EA certification required
Proficient in tax research and business consulting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Enthusiastic about continuous learning and applying new software
