Provide operational, administrative, and marketing support to the Product Marketing team.
Ensure smooth execution of marketing activities, accurate reporting, organized asset management, and efficient coordination across teams
Serve as backup for the marketing blog program, including scheduling, content uploads, and coordinating with writers and reviewers.
Support asset management and file organization for marketing materials (i.e. Widen, Seismic, Claims and Testimonials).
Assist with marketing and Pardot reporting requests, including data reconciliation.
Create and send out Practical Guidance newsletters and publish web versions of Practical Guidance journals.
Create and update SalesPro content and convert HTML email communications.
Provide logistical and administrative support for product marketing team activities, meetings, etc.
Coordinate internal events such as team building sessions and professional development activities.
Assist with personal expense processing and travel arrangements for senior team members.
Support special projects and ad-hoc initiatives to ensure smooth team operations.
Act as back up in processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
Support tracking and reconciliation of budget spending, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Assist in maintaining department budget trackers, flagging variances, and supporting budget reporting
Support invoice management and Pcard reconciliation
Maintain shared tools and records, ensuring information is organized and up to date
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree holder
1
2 years of working experience in the related field
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Detail oriented and willing to support US Marketing operations on graveyard shift PH time.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools (Oracle Fusion, Invoice look-up, Citibank site, SalesPro, Widen, MDC, Smart Sheet, GCRM, and Community) are a plus
Marketing background is a plus
