About this role
Role Overview
Support accurate, timely payroll processing.
Manage complex paid leave programs.
Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
Partner with HR and Finance for payroll alignment.
Coordinate with India payroll providers.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a consulting firm.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency with Sage Intacct is highly preferred.
Proven experience running
US payroll using ADP
(mission-critical).
Strong knowledge of
US paid leave programs
and associated compliance requirements.
High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality.
Experience in a multi-state, rapidly scaling organization preferred.
Experience supporting or processing
India payroll
.
Prior experience in a global company with distributed teams (US/Canada/India).
Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll integrations.
