Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial results and position across multiple business units in collaboration with the National Service Center finance team.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor key operational, client, and financial metrics.
Support development and consolidation of periodic forecasts.
Perform variance analysis and help develop actionable insights to improve performance.
Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close processes for accuracy and completeness.
Support management of transactional processing functions including A/P, A/R, billing, payroll, and general ledger maintenance in relation with the business (account manager, program coordinator, etc…)
Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline financial operations and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Requirements
HS Diploma minimum
College Degree; Food manufacturing or food safety background preferred
Accounting/finance experience
Business management knowledge
KPI measurement and management experience
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
