Role Overview
- Provide timely and accurate financial reports and analysis
- Ensure financial compliance and cash management
- Develop Finance Department’s annual operating plan, goals, and strategies
- Oversee annual audit preparation and tax compliance
- Lead, coach, and develop Finance staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
- 10+ years of accounting experience required
- Non-profit accounting and CPA or CMA preferred
- International business experience preferred
- Experience with Sage Intacct Software preferred
- Experience in multi-company consolidations, financial analysis, and supervisory skills preferred
