Work closely with your art partner, the Creative Director, and other team members to develop and execute compelling creative while serving as the owner of the brand voice and narrative
Responsible for providing career-building guidance, mentorship, and support to the full copy team to promote growth and development
Participate in new business as a conceptor and writer of pitch-winning ideas
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
At least 8 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising or a related field
Experience writing for both HCP and DTC audiences; rare disease experience is a plus
AOR experience is preferred
