Build and own Acclaro’s full‑funnel demand generation strategy to drive MQL, SQL, opportunity, and revenue growth.
Develop HubSpot‑powered marketing automation, including lifecycle workflows, lead scoring, routing, nurtures, and conversion‑focused programs.
Lead paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, managing budgets, bidding, attribution, creative, and optimization.
Oversee CRO and website performance (WordPress CMS), implementing frameworks, A/B tests, SEO improvements, and conversion‑focused UX updates.
Drive SEO strategy—including technical SEO, keyword clusters, content mapping, metadata, schema, and site health—to expand organic traffic and demand.
Implement reporting and analytics infrastructure using GA4, HubSpot attribution, and Power BI dashboards to track pipeline performance and insights.
Partner with Content, Product Marketing, and Sales to align messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy across channels.
Manage multi‑channel campaign execution including webinars, event follow‑up, and automated workflows that scale engagement and pipeline velocity.
Requirements
Bring 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing (preferably in SaaS, technology, or professional services)
Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience.
Are a native-level English communicator with strong writing clarity and storytelling skills.
Have deep hands‑on expertise with HubSpot for automation, scoring, nurtures, and lifecycle operations.
Are fluent in paid search and paid social strategy (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and know how to optimize for pipeline, not vanity metrics.
Have strong WordPress and CRO experience, with a solid understanding of web UX, on‑page SEO, and performance improvement.
Are analytically minded with mastery of GA4, funnel reporting, attribution logic, and data‑driven decision‑making.
