You analyze trends, market requirements and competitive situations and derive strategic recommendations
You identify and evaluate suitable market entry opportunities, develop new business opportunities and build trusted relationships with relevant stakeholders
By providing well-founded short
and medium-term sales and revenue forecasts, you make a significant contribution to achieving growth targets
You support internal teams through workshops, training and active knowledge transfer, promoting capability development in the Defense and Security business area
Approximately 30% travel (predominantly within Germany)
Requirements
University degree, e.g., in industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in international marketing or sales
Mandatory: practical professional experience in a military environment (e.g., cooperation with the Five Eyes community)
Strong conceptual, strategic and analytical skills, combined with excellent communication skills and a confident presence
Excellent English skills, written and spoken (business/negotiation fluent)
German language skills at least at B2 level
