About this role

Analyze constantly evolving national and EU regulations
Review and draft data protection
and information-security-relevant matters, processes, and contracts
Provide legal advice in various projects — in particular on topics such as preparing privacy notices, international data transfers, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and other risk assessments
Plan and deliver training
Update and maintain the record of processing activities (RoPA)
Support data protection and information security audits and ensure compliance with legal requirements

Completed university degree in (business) law (Master) or fully qualified lawyer
Initial professional experience in data protection and information security
Good knowledge of Office tools
Understanding of web technologies and related terminology (e.g., cookies, encryption, authentication, AI, LLMs, Big Data) as well as basics of IT infrastructures (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) and technical security measures
Very good German and English skills
