About this role

Drive spray foam sales to contractors and distributors in the assigned territories to achieve annual sales targets
Develop annual business plans that outline the activities needed to exceed quota
Meet regularly with clients to deliver the HBS value proposition and gain specifications
Participate in industry or promotional events
Demonstrate complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
Conduct intelligent, persuasive business conversations with business owners and decision-makers
Develop clear business proposals, negotiate, and execute business deals
Provide regular competitive intelligence updates
Handle all administrative requirements including timely email responses and expense submissions

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in outside sales within construction or building materials
Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce
Problem-solving aptitude
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong collaboration and time management abilities
Sales-oriented and analytical
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
Must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States
