Requirements
Ideally experience working in a call center, telephone customer service, or in retail, hotel or catering
Strong service orientation and warm, empathetic, and persuasive telephone communication
Very good verbal communication skills
Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1); basic English skills desirable (B2)
Knowledge of basic Microsoft applications (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with databases and a solid technical understanding are an advantage
Motivation and alignment with our goals and values; interest in working for a humanitarian organization
Willingness to help, enjoyment of teamwork, punctuality and reliability
Independent working style, a high level of personal responsibility and the ability to maintain an overview
