Planning, management and optimization of advertising clients' digital marketing campaigns
Developing strategies for the continuous improvement of campaign performance
Coordination of cross-channel activities (e.g., display, native ads, social media, newsletters, sponsored content)
Ongoing monitoring and analysis of campaigns using relevant KPIs
Creation of dashboards, analyses and reports, and providing actionable recommendations for optimization
Point of contact for clients and sales teams regarding sales service and support
Preparation of competitive or opportunity analyses, client presentations, and support for events.
Requirements
Degree or vocational training in business administration and/or media/communications management with a focus on marketing — ideally digital & performance marketing
Several years of experience in performance marketing — ideally in B2B marketing, media, publishers/marketing companies or agencies
Excellent knowledge in managing digital campaigns, including social media, as well as conversion optimization, tracking, KPI analysis and reporting
Strong numerical aptitude and good analytical skills
Confident use of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Hands-on mentality, high commitment, openness to new approaches, and strong customer orientation.
