About this role
Role Overview
- Minor and cosmetic repairs of any kind
- Minor installation work during renovation and refurbishment projects
- Maintenance of facilities and equipment (e.g., office furniture, kitchenettes, event technology)
- Winter services (snow and ice clearing) and grounds maintenance
- Monitoring, coordinating and supervising external contractors and service providers
Requirements
- You have handyman skills and an interest in technical systems
- A hands-on mentality and the willingness to work independently characterize you
- Good command of German, both spoken and written, and basic IT skills (Word, Excel and email)
