You will be part of a team responsible for the safety of our ten dam/reservoir structures
Your tasks will include determining the current structural condition of our dams by evaluating a variety of data that you will have collected in different ways (e.g., functional inspections, site walks, measurement data, etc.)
As a team, you will prepare our annual safety reports as well as measurement and operating instructions
You will coordinate internal and external specialists for in-depth inspections of our dam walls, embankments and spillway structures and define the necessary actions
After comprehensive and thorough onboarding, you will gradually assume responsibility
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Hydraulic Engineering and/or Geotechnical Engineering, or comparable equivalent technical expertise
Analytical skills to assess complex issues
A strong interest in dam/reservoir structures
Enjoy working in a team
Valid driving license (Class B)
Initial experience in dam safety (nice to have)
