About this role
Role Overview
- Responsibility for the operational development of our product and process landscape
- Management of new product/fund launches, migrations, mergers and liquidations, including coordination with the management company (KVG), depositary and other external partners
- Practical implementation and continuous optimization of technical, data
- and process-related end-to-end (E2E) workflows in Operations
- Ensuring the operational feasibility of product, reporting and distribution requirements, including quality and risk checks
- Internal and external stakeholder management including briefings and presentations at senior and management level; close collaboration with Investment Management, Fund Governance, Data Management, IT and Compliance
- Support for SLAs, operating memoranda and investor agreements
- Monitoring and implementation of regulatory requirements (KAGB/UCITS/AIF, MiFID II) in an operational context
- Maintenance of process KPIs/dashboards, process modeling and confident use of common CRM, portfolio management or core banking systems
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Banking, Business Informatics or a related field; ideally complemented by vocational banking training
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in fund operations, governance or administration
- Solid knowledge of securities and product structures as well as operational fund setup and ongoing mid-/back-office processes
- Confident use of CRM, portfolio management or core banking systems, with a strong process and quality mindset
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (KAGB, UCITS, AIF, MiFID II) and an interest in digitalization, automation and data-driven solutions
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
