Role Overview
- Analyze customer requests (cancellations, exchanges, refunds, and returns)
- Contact suppliers/vendors when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution
- Log and track requests in the internal system
- Ensure responses to customers within established deadlines
- Support team alignments and strategic meetings
- Work with a focus on organization, agility, and high-quality resolution
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in post-sales, customer service, or support
- University degree in progress or completed (a plus)
- Excellent Portuguese (clear, concise writing is essential)
- Strong proficiency with technology and digital tools
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence (e.g., ChatGPT) considered a plus
- Basic English skills (reading and contextual comprehension)
- Must have own computer and reliable internet connection
- Previous experience working remotely
