About this role
Role Overview
Assist with the department's administrative processes, supporting customer service workflows and reporting across Localiza.
Provide service through the 0800 (toll-free) channel via telephone and WhatsApp for truck fleet customers;
Schedule maintenance with service providers;
Respond to tow-truck service requests;
Create incident/insurance claim reports;
Assist with requests for customer documentation.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience with PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control)
Experience in maintenance would be an advantage.
