Role Overview
- Responsible for the social/payroll function serving a variety of clients
- Ensure the quality of the payroll team's deliverables
- Support and train payroll administrators
- Foster client relationships and instill this approach across the teams
- Develop the revenue of the social/payroll unit
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in payroll and employment law consulting
- Experience managing teams
- Organized, proactive and pragmatic
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with IT tools and HRIS (ideally SILAE)
