Management, operation and further development of the Volksbanken network websites
Designing and implementing measures to improve the digital customer journey and maximize conversion rates (CRO)
Defining and prioritizing the product backlog for web and digital sales topics
Analyzing and monitoring relevant KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue) and deriving optimization measures

Degree in marketing, e-commerce, innovation management, or a related field
Relevant professional experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or web management
Experience with CRO and performance optimization
Understanding of digital customer journeys, KPIs, and conversion optimization
