About this role
Role Overview
Define, structure and implement HR policy in alignment with the organization's strategic directions
Identify human and organizational challenges and propose appropriate action plans
Actively participate in strategic discussions related to the organization's evolution
Gather managers' needs and support them in their managerial practices
Structure recruitment, onboarding and retention processes
Set up and lead workforce planning and career path management systems (GEPP/GPEC)
Develop and monitor the skills development plan and training activities
Oversee employee administration (contracts, personnel files, regulatory follow-up)
Manage payroll and ensure the reliability of employee/social data
Conduct legal monitoring and ensure compliance of HR practices (labor law, social obligations, GDPR)
Manage relations with employee representatives and organize representative bodies/meetings
Contribute to a constructive and sustainable social dialogue
Prevent and manage sensitive individual situations
Develop HR communication tools and materials
Promote information flow and team cohesion
Promote job roles and strengthen the organization's attractiveness
Contribute to collective momentum through internal key events
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Employment Law or equivalent
Significant experience (minimum 5–8 years) in a generalist HR role with a strategic dimension
Experience in a structured environment and/or in transformation projects is appreciated
Knowledge of non-profit, institutional or specifically governed organizations is an asset
Strong command of labor law and social obligations
Good knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, training, GEPP/GPEC, payroll)
Ability to lead cross-functional HR projects
Proficiency with HRIS tools and HR metrics/KPIs
Good listening skills and excellent interpersonal intelligence
High discretion and respect for confidentiality
Advisory stance, diplomacy and the ability to unite stakeholders
Ability to take a step back and manage complex situations
Rigour, organisation and autonomy
Sense of responsibility and professional commitment
