Reporting to the Group Human Resources Directorate, you will be responsible for HR management across a scope of 10 to 15 supermarkets
Support and advise store Managers and Directors on all HR matters
Oversee disciplinary management and ensure proper procedural compliance
Supervise employee relations and oversee works council elections
Ensure compliance with labor law and Group agreements
Conduct social audits and define corrective action plans
Manage strategic recruitments and implement training initiatives
Requirements
Higher education degree in Human Resources or Labor/Employment Law
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a generalist HR role or as a regional HR manager, ideally in large-scale retail, grocery retail or a multi-site environment
Strong expertise in labor law and collective/employee relations
Leadership, strong coaching skills and an excellent advisory approach
Strong analytical, decision-making and negotiation skills
Both strategic and hands-on operational approach
Field-oriented, autonomous and able to manage sensitive situations
