Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources
- Proven experience (minimum 10 years) as a generalist HR Manager, ideally in a multi-site environment
- Strong command of core HR practices and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and an advisory mindset
- Ability to champion and embody HR policy with operational teams
- Agility, rigor, and a strong team spirit
