Role Overview
- Coordinate and deliver learning and development for the Optima Rostering Project
- Working collaboratively with the Change Manager and team
- Identify and verify training needs for employees
- Ensure training materials are updated to meet business requirements
- Deliver support to end-users and project team
Requirements
- Coordination and delivery of learning and development associated with the Optima Rostering Project
- Ability to identify and verify training needs
- Coordinate training schedules and deliver training to employees
- Ensure training materials are relevant and updated
- Provide HyperCare support to end-users of the Optima applications
- Support project team on other project activities as required
