Role Overview
- Lead monthly financial reporting, analysis and variance commentary
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide commercial insights to support operational decision making
- Partner with department leaders to improve financial performance
- Monitor margins, cost controls and revenue trends
- Prepare executive-level reporting and board-ready analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial governance standards
- Identify process improvements across finance reporting and systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in finance leadership, management accounting or commercial finance
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capability
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts and performance reporting
- High attention to detail with strong commercial judgement
- CA or CPA qualification (or working towards) preferred
- Experience in automotive, retail or multi-site environments highly regarded
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
