Own month-end close deliverables, support the financial close, and prepare standard and ad hoc analyses of results.
Engage in business partnership to develop and drive in-depth financial analysis, identifying key drivers, trends, variances, emerging risks and opportunities.
Enhance monthly reporting/dashboards and other in-depth financial analysis to assist executive management in making operational decision-making.
Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of existing financial reporting and forecast models; provide recommendations and implement solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and level of detail.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting, supporting month-end close, variance analysis, and executive reporting in an enterprise environment.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query) and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with SQL or similar query language.
Experience building driver-based financial models and forecasts and delivering actionable insights to non-finance stakeholders.
Experience enhancing reporting and dashboards and standardizing processes to reduce cycle time in close and planning activities.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is preferred.
Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Finance) is a plus.
Experience automating reporting with SQL or Python or similar object-oriented language.
Experience in financial services or payments.
