Used Car Sales Advisor

Role Overview

• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality customer reception
• Actively contribute to making the sales department a welcoming, pleasant, and customer-focused environment
• Ensure that customer-facing documentation is sufficiently stocked and corresponds to the products offered
• Prepare and issue price sheets in accordance with applicable legislation and ensure the final vehicle delivery complies with regulations
• Develop your customer base through prospecting activities
• Manage and follow up customer relationships
• Provide information and welcome customers
• Meet commercial objectives set in accordance with the company charter
• Oversee delivery file administration
• Sell additional products (accessories, financing, extended warranties, etc.)
• Participate in selected business events
• Support the Sales Manager in daily tasks and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in the automotive industry required
• Strong commercial experience with a particular focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to develop and refine a sales approach
• Integrate and ensure quality in daily activities
• Respond to and take into account customer requests and needs
• Comfortable with computers (MS Office)
• Strong organizational skills
