Requirements
- Active MI Personal Lines license, required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a supportive yet autonomous environment
- Coachable, eager to learn, and driven to grow in a fast-paced setting
- Analytical mindset for understanding coverage options and underwriting details
