Contribute to the design of mobility service offerings
Support the Offer team in the study and implementation of mobility services for the LE MET’ network, aiming to grow commercial revenue and ridership
Analyze ticketing ridership
Process and present data from internal and external studies
Contribute to line diagnostics (punctuality, load, performance)
Take part in preliminary studies for service changes (schedule adjustments, route changes, reinforcements, creation of new lines)
Participate in on-site verifications required for service changes
Update study documents, such as route sheets and common data sheets
Help develop and update dashboards (ridership, revenues, comparisons to contractual targets, variance analysis between forecasts and actuals)
Contribute to the production of key indicators for the Mobility and Passenger Directorate
Carry out and analyze counts, customer surveys, or statistical studies
Participate in projects related to the development of intermodality and active mobility
Support commercial campaigns and network events
Provide occasional support for after-sales/service responses in coordination with Customer Service
Attend internal and external meetings
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) (Master’s in Mobility, Transport, Spatial Planning, Urban Planning, Public Service Marketing or equivalent)
Strong interest in sustainable mobility and public transport policy
Good command of Excel
Keen interest in data analysis
Basic knowledge of statistics
Strong written communication and synthesis skills
Experience with mapping or data tools (GIS, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
Knowledge of graphic creation using Adobe Illustrator
