Provide comprehensive advice to employees and managers on all HR-related matters and support HR Business Partners with day-to-day operational tasks
Independently manage operational HR matters across the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding and offboarding processes, interface with payroll, performance management, benefits, contract and certificate administration)
Act as process owner for HR reporting (preparation, monitoring, implementation) for monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
Contribute to the optimization, digitization and standardization of HR processes
Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team on candidate selection
Participate in group-wide HR projects
Requirements
Completed commercial training with an HR focus or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in generalist HR work
Good knowledge of employment law
Affinity for working with HR metrics, reports and MS Excel
SAP knowledge desirable
Structured, independent working style with strong communication skills and a numbers-oriented mindset
Very good German language skills
