Role Overview
Talent Management: You design and develop strategies to deliberately build the skills and competencies required for the future within the company.
Upskilling & Reskilling: You design effective learning paths, programs and measures to identify and close skill gaps.
Talent Identification & Development: You identify potential, support high-potential employees and assist with succession planning.
Change Management: You accompany change processes, support leaders as a sparring partner and strengthen the organization’s ability to change.
Learning & Development: You develop holistic L&D concepts, implement measures and ensure that learning and development are firmly embedded in our culture.
Requirements
University degree (e.g., Business Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on HR, Education) or equivalent qualification
Ideally, professional experience in learning & development, talent management or change management
You work analytically, think strategically and communicate succinctly
Hands-on, get-things-done attitude
Fluent German, both written and spoken
