About this role

Lead cross-functional teams without direct supervision to drive the completion of digitalization programs and regularly report on the status of projects
Work closely with chiller product teams in implementing NPI process improvements that support improved digitalization of chillers and generating service enabling product enhancements while balancing cost, performance, and reliability
Utilize product and strategy management skills to act as a champion for these initiatives
Employ a program management mindset to achieve results by tracking progress, managing interdependencies , and communicating to stakeholders

BS in Engineering, Data Science, Business or related field
3+ years of experience contributing to projects/programs
Familiarity with product development processes
Familiarity with digital technologies such as Connected Chillers, digital twins, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
Comfortable in environment where problem statements are vague, direction is subject to change, and sees this as an opportunity to help set direction
Preferred understanding of technical concepts related to large global air
and water-cooled chiller portfolio
Industry experience with chillers, HVAC equipment, or service
